Responsibilities

As an OT with Symbria, you won’t just treat — you’ll lead, inspire, and innovate. You’ll:

• Set meaningful goals and create dynamic, person-centered treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with COTAs and the interdisciplinary team.

• Drive results that truly improve your patients’ quality of life.

• Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation with confidence.

• Most of all — you’ll help older adults live their best lives.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• A valid (or pending, for new grads) OT license in Ohio.

• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus — but if you’ve got the passion and drive, we’ll support you every step of the way.
