Integration & Test Engineer - Automation

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team as an Automation Test Engineer. In this role you will develop, implement, and maintain a test automation strategy.<br />
<br />
<strong>What You Will Do:</strong><br />
• Analyze the current regression tests that exist and develop a way to increase test automation in executing regression tests nightly<br />
• Take existing capability sell-off manual tests that have been executed previously and add relevant pieces to the nightly regression tests that are not currently covered<br />
• Perform routine Integration, Verification, &amp; Test (IV&amp;T) tasks to contribute to execution of PI objectives to test system capabilities<br />

<strong>Qualifications You Must Have:</strong><br />
• Requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master’s in STEM and 3 years of prior relevant experience<br />
• Experience with Postgres and SQL databases to be able to make complex queries to extract information<br />
• Knowledge in scripting languages to include bash, perl, python and ability to query Oracle DB via sql and MongoDB<br />
• Experience supporting development and system integration of a software-based system in a DevSecOps environment, including:<br />
o Experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence<br />
o Experience communicating execution status against technical requirements<br />
<br />
<strong>Qualifications We Prefer:</strong><br />
• Systems Engineering (SE) or Test Execution (TE) experience on a large government software development contract<br />
• Experience with SE process development and deployment<br />
• Experience with configuration management concepts and tools<br />
• Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber would be preferred<br />
• Security + Certification
