Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Business Development and Estimating teams. This role acts as a vital link between both departments to ensure smooth communication, efficient data handling, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with the preparation and organization of quotes
• Accurately enter and manage data across multiple platforms
• Input and update information in Salesforce CRM system
• Facilitate clear communication and coordination between the Estimating and Business Development teams
• Generate, organize, and maintain various sales and estimating reports
• Help streamline the sales-to-estimating handoff process for improved workflow and project tracking
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• 1+ years of administrative or sales support experience
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a collaborative team environment
