The practice serves families of all ages, providing everything from routine check-ups to advanced treatments. They are now seeking an associate to join their team, someone who shares their commitment to patient-centered care and community involvement.

About the Position:

We invite you to join our successful dental practice as a professional, motivated, and skilled dentist. You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, contributing to our mission of providing top-quality dental care. With your expertise and passion, you will enjoy complete autonomy, playing a key role in our continued growth and prominence in the industry.

What we’ll like about you:

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school

• Current Georgia license or eligible upon graduation

• Current CPR and BLS certifications

• Previous experience in clinical or private practice
• Excellent chairside manner

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Dentists who pursue a career with Sharp Smiles will enjoy the following benefits: 

• First-year employment guarantee of $225,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production 

• Second-year earning = 31% of adjusted production 

• Sign-on bonus of $20,000 

• Eligible for Pathway to Partnership
