Summary:
This position provides expertise in the area of upgrades, repair, maintenance, programming and installation of new and existing machines, tools, and equipment, and in the maintenance of the building, grounds, and utility systems. Responsible for providing technical support, training, troubleshooting and process improvements as needed to ensure World Class Manufacturing.

Develop and implement a training program for all Production & Skilled Trades employees to upgrade their skill levels. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Preventative Maintenance System / TPM scheduling and follow -up of tasks within the PM.
Responsible for adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations. Maintain a safe and healthful working environment where zero lost time injuries are expected standard of work by all Production & Maintenance employees. Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and procedures, promoting and practicing safety first policy, including housekeeping Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.
