We aim to develop a best-in-class consultant and enrollment process to make it seamless for students to join using Bildungsgutscheine.</p><p>We are seeking an <strong>Ausbildung Lead</strong> to spearhead our expansion efforts in Germany’s vocational education sector. As the Ausbildung Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our approach to engaging students, scaling operations, and ensuring compliance with German educational regulations.</p><p>We are specifically looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully navigating <strong>Ausbildung</strong> and developing scalable systems that generate substantial impact.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader who can think big, execute effectively, and build systems that scale.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>At Masterschool, we take projects from 0 to 1 and scale them from 1 to 1,000. As the Ausbildung Lead Germany, your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><strong>Business Strategy:</strong>Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to scale Masterschool’s vocational education programs in Germany.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with the <strong>Ausbildung</strong> framework and other relevant local regulations.</li><li>Leading curriculum development, student enrollment processes, and operational growth.</li><li><strong>Process Building:</strong>Designing scalable systems and workflows for managing the <strong>Ausbildung</strong> enrollment process, including accreditation, application, and student onboarding.</li><li>Creating a “playbook” to streamline operations and optimize efficiency.</li><li><strong>Partnership Development:</strong>Building relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and industry partners to support growth initiatives.</li><li><strong>Performance Tracking:</strong>Defining, tracking, and reporting on key metrics and KPIs for the German vocational education market.</li><li>Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring high-quality program delivery.</li><li><strong>Execution:</strong>Delivering high-impact results on tight timelines, driving new revenue streams, and scaling programs rapidly.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><br/></p><p>We’re looking for someone who shares our entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in building scalable systems.
