Our work depends on IT Quality Analyst joining our team to</span> have a <span>positive impact on the mission.</span><br/> </p><p><b>Required skills and demonstrated experience</b>:</p><ul><li>Documented experience meeting with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, user stories and related artifacts, and translating these into test plans and well-defined acceptance criteria.</li><li>Documented experience working with GitHub, JIRA and Confluence.</li><li>Participating in Agile software development process and adhering to all reporting requirements.</li><li>Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.</li><li>Develop and define major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters and determine requisite quality control resources.</li><li>Create and maintain databases of known test defects.</li><li>Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.</li><li>Design, develop and use automated testing tools.</li><li>Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.</li><li>Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.</li><li>Assist the Sponsor in the evaluation of software and associated documentation. Participate in formal and informal reviews to determine quality.</li><li>Identify program deviance from standards and suggest modifications to ensure compliance.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.</li><li>Install, maintain, and use software-testing programs.</li><li>Investigate customer problems.</li><li>Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations.</li><li>Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.</li><li>Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.</li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations to development team on software usability and functionality.</li><li>Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.</li><li>Coordinate user or third-party testing.</li><li>Conduct analyses of test results.</li><li>Provide front-end/user interface testing.
