Experienced Frontend Developer

Our teams are small, empowered, and focused on delivering real value to our customers - not just shipping features.<br/></p><h2>The role</h2><p>We’re looking for an Experienced Frontend Developer who wants to help take our products to the next level, with a focus on building modern, stable, and well-thought-out user interfaces. </p><p>At Wisentic, you’ll work across both of our product areas – Arbit (claims automation) and Inspira (digitalization of insurance processes). </p><p>You’ll take broad responsibility for the frontend development: setting the structure, developing the component library, and laying the foundation for how we build interfaces going forward. In short – you’ll own the frontend, with the opportunity to influence technical decisions and build solutions that are used by real customers in production. </p><p>This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where you’re encouraged to take initiative, solve problems, and make quick decisions when needed. You’ll have a lot of freedom, but also clear responsibility for driving the products forward in close collaboration with backend/fullstack developers, product managers, and designers. </p><p><br/></p><h3>Who we think you are</h3><ul> <li>Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - with a keen eye for interfaces and user experience.</li> <li>Experience working with frameworks such as Angular or React.</li> <li>It’s definitely a plus if you have experience building and maintaining component libraries and custom components.</li> <li>Some experience with .NET backend.</li> <li>Worked with testing (e.g., Cypress) is also beneficial.</li> <li>Experience from a SaaS company is an advantage, as well as having worked with product development and feeling comfortable communicating and advocating for your ideas and solutions.</li> <li>You’re curious, proactive, and communicative, with the ability to see the bigger picture – from idea to product in production.
