Job Title: PRN Registered Nurse

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care on an as-needed basis, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence in nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

- Able to work and/or train in all ASC RN Positions (pre/post/OR)

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work various shifts.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life 

  Support (PALS) certification preferred.
