You’ll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success, collaborate with program leadership to review contracts and CDRLs, and have regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, budget and project analysts, and clients. You Have: 

• 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition systems

• Experience with DoD customers 

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

• Experience leading DoD acquisition programs through major milestone decisions for ACAT I programs

• Experience with DoDI 5000.80 and DoDI 5000.85

• Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes to apply DoD policies to program plans 

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or Computer Science

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with U.S. Space Force systems and organizations, particularly within Space Systems Command (SSC) 

• Experience with military SATCOM systems 

• Experience with space acquisitions

• Experience with systems engineering

• Possession of strong interpersonal and presentation skills 

• Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills 

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree

• DoD Acquisition certification

• Systems Engineering certification, such as INCOSE ESEP, or CSEP

 

Clearance:

 Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
