• Minimum of 3-5 years of roofing experience

Essential Functions

• Thoroughly review specs, drawings, details, and other docs
• Submit all necessary RFIs and clarifications to GC/customer
• Evaluate the intent of each project for potential value engineering or betterments and determine best way to handle with GC/customer to meet their needs
• Work closely with the operations
