  • 40/hours per week max
    *If extended into the fall, hours would decrease to a max of 20 hrs/week. Extensions are based off business need and performance.

Summary

The Product Enablement Intern supports the team by assisting in running important programs, interacting with our systems, tools and metrics, and  updating public-facing learning content. This person will have the opportunity to learn about Workiva's solution in the marketplace, the customer experience and how we build learning experiences to support our customers and partners. 

Responsibilities

• Work on Product Enablement programs such as metrics gathering and analysis and go-to-market strategies. 
• Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Services, Operations and Growth Solutions, Partner Enablement, Marketing and Learning and Development on various projects.
• Assist in the review and update of customer-facing learning experiences. 
• Contribute to improving the learner experience - offering ideas and being part of the improvement process.

What You'll Need

Education

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Operations or similar program

 Experience

• Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programs

 Skills

• Ability to handle ambiguity, work on multiple projects concurrently, and thrive in changing tasks and responsibilities
• Strong communication (verbal, listening and writing) skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and follow-through are required
• Must have a desire to work within SaaS support, success, education or enablement
• Curiosity to learn about the customer experience and education within a SaaS business

• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
