Overview
Are you a strategic UX/Product Designer passionate about crafting intuitive, human-centered experiences that transform healthcare? Join us as a Senior UX / Product Designer to lead the design of intelligent, AI-powered workflows for our Health Cloud Platform. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product leaders to shape seamless digital experiences that support real-world clinical and pharmacy use cases.
This role is ideal for a design leader with deep experience in complex systems, AI/ML interfaces, and healthcare workflows—someone who thrives at the intersection of design strategy, product thinking, and user empathy.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX and product design for AI-enabled clinical and pharmacy applications.
- Translate user needs, clinical workflows, and AI capabilities into elegant, scalable design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Define and evolve platform-wide design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns.
- Advocate for inclusive design, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive UX across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design, excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio of complex systems and AI-powered interfaces.
- 2+ years of experience designing for AI/ML, conversational UI, or intelligent workflows.
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping platforms.
- Experience in healthcare, clinical informatics, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with FHIR/HL7 standards, EMR systems (Epic, Cerner), and healthcare data privacy (HIPAA).
- Exposure to design-to-code workflows and collaboration with front-end engineering teams.
- Travel up to 25%
