Job Description 

Pay Range: $67,000 - $93,000 / annually, based on experience.  

Join our high-growth, multi-site hospitality business as a Buyer or Senior Buyer, where you will play a key role in optimizing purchasing strategies across multiple departments, including Home Office, Club Operations, Facilities & Maintenance, Finance, and Marketing. This member-obsessed role focuses on purchasing retail and inventory supplies, managing supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and implementing strategic procurement initiatives to support business growth. Working closely with the Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain, you will enhance policies, processes, and systems to ensure scalability and operational efficiency. 

This position requires 4-5 days onsite at our San Diego office.

• Prepare cost analyses and reports for Chuze Leadership, advising on supply chain execution, including contracts, compliance, and procurement ethics
• Support club operations with transactional needs, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics.
• Design, implement, administer, and monitor contracts, purchasing policies, processes, and systems.
• Manage budgets, track purchasing expenditures, and respond to internal and external audits related to contracts and procurement
• Research, onboard, and manage supplier changes, maintaining supplier details in Netsuite and auditing suppliers to ensure compliance with Chuze and industry regulations
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and accountability in pricing and delivery
• Develop and support the implementation of procurement strategies for the Home Office, Club Operations, and other departments
• Contracts, subcontracts, services, and supply agreements, reviewing and recommending terms and conditions
• Identify and implement cost-reduction and risk-mitigation opportunities related to supply chain disruptions, supplier reliability, and purchasing process
• Conduct market research to analyze pricing, availability, and market trends for informed purchasing decisions
• Align procurement strategies with Chuze’s commitment to customer service, culture, and cleanliness
