St. Petersburg is our primary softgel development and manufacturing facility in North America with a capacity of 18 billion capsules per year. The featured RP Scherer softgel technology is a proven oral drug delivery solution to enhance bioavailability of poorly soluble Rx and OTC drug candidates. Non-gelatin based OptiShell® and Vegicaps® capsules expand the range of molecules into softgel, ideal for challenging fill formulation. Within the Catalent network, we offer a broad range of integrated formulation.
The Sr. Process Maintenance Coordinator manages the flow of goods, and other resources between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet the requirements of our internal and external customers. The Sr. Process Maintenance Coordinator will also be instrumental in assisting the engineering team with creation and update to JDE ,BMRAM equipment/system BOM’s, JDE, BMRAM spare part setup, ordering, and storage.
Rotating 12-hour day shifts: 7am-7pm

The Role
Determine the engineering spare part order requirements and managing the relationship with suppliers for those spare parts.
Prepares requisitions/purchase orders.
Receives and store spare part upon receipt.
Verifies appropriate documentation and labelling on the received product
Labels spare parts with Catalent item number and locates in appropriate storage location
Responsible for the highest accuracy count in the inventory crib.
Works with Engineering on purchasing spare parts
Perform other duties as assigned
The Candidate
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5+ experience in inventory control, maintenance part recognition or purchasing is required.
Highly organized with extreme attention to details
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to accept changing priorities on a regular basis.
Experienced with forklifts, pallet jacks, and miscellaneous warehouse equipment desirable.
Must have basic computer skills Windows navigation and data entry
Able to identify components used in PLC controls, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and mechanical drives.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Must have ability to read and interpret written instructions.
Must be able to read and interpret Blueprints.
Must have inventory knowledge and how it is controlled

Individuals must be able to withstand heights, climb latter, and lift to 50 lbs; no lifting greater than 44.09 pounds without assistance.
Able to walk, stand, sit and kneel. Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
