Compliance Auditor

Description

Complete audits of slots, food, beverage, Player’s Club, and cage following detailed instructions and checklists. Identifies, investigates, and reports any system, document, or accounting issues that are found during the auditing process. Complete compliance audits and perform procedures to satisfy the criteria of the company System of Internal Controls. 

Requirements

• Prepares Excel schedules to support journal entries.
• Completes audits on various departments according to detailed instructions and checklists.
• Performs Title 31 audit and compliance documentation.
• Identifies, investigates, and reports any system, document, or accounting errors found during the preparation and completion of the audit process.
• Performs, documents, and maintains records relating to internal controls. 
• Works closely with the Director of Compliance in administering the testing and record retention related to the System of Internal Controls. 
• Formulate procedures and train property staff.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Work Environment and ADA Requirements:

Must be able to sit for majority of shift. Must be able to work in an office environment. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a maximum of 25 pounds on an infrequent basis. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
