The mission of the software team in Fort Wayne, IN is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, Advanced Sensor Systems, and Surveillance and Warning systems.

What You Will Do:
Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or similar degree
Minimum of two (2) or more years of professional experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, Ada or similar object-oriented software language
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required, note only U.S. Citizen can obtain security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
Proven self-motivated problem solver who can look at a situation, identify gaps or issues, and take initiative to resolve them (technically, with process, and with documentation)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
Experience developing software using Agile techniques such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe or Test-Driven Development
Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Eclipse, and Ansible
Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) pipeline such as Gitlab, Jenkins, or GitHub
Experience with Linux, VxWorks, INTEGRITY, or other RTOS
Experience leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to improve productivity, collaboration, and performance
Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems
