AtlantiCare, the largest healthcare organization in Southeastern New Jersey, is seeking a skilled and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Mays Landing campus.

 

This opportunity allows you to practice primary care within a high-performing, team-based environment that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered care. You’ll work closely with a dedicated support team while enjoying a modern facility designed to streamline care delivery and enhance patient experience.

 

AtlantiCare’s primary care practices are advancing the patient-centered medical home model by offering same- or next-day appointments, robust EMR utilization, and care coordination support for complex patients. Our physicians benefit from a collaborative relationship with AtlantiCare hospitalists who manage inpatient care at our two medical centers.

 

This position offers:

• Competitive base salary with quality and productivity incentives

• $3,500 annual CME allowance plus 40 hours of paid CME time
