**The Role
Following from our recent growth, we are looking for someone to join as a Construction Team Leader within our Tankage Transformation Team. This role will be responsible for leading all construction activities for the Tankage Transformation Programme.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Control field based activities in the ABP approved list of major tank maintenance and project scope within the approved capital budget for the site and within the approved cost phasing expectations.
- Control the field based activities in line with the annual revenue cost requirements related to site tankage work, to ensure that the site achieves its scheduled activities of online and offline inspections and any associated corrective actions to ensure there are zero overdue inspection related activities related to tanks.
- Lead the field based construction team to oversee the delivery of the planned work to ensure zero health, safety, environmental, security and quality related issues during execution.
- Ensure that the site Safe System of Work is maintained and efficiently executed and that the planning, scheduling and sequencing of work is optimised to maximise the efficiency of internal and supplier labour.
- Measure, track and improve field based execution work efficiency, time on tools and contractor costs to continuously improve execution schedules and overall delivery costs.
