Senior Vice President, Non-FI Sales LeaderAbout your role:

As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President to lead our Non-Financial Institution (Non-FI) Sales organization.
You will be responsible for driving sales strategy, executing plans, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can engage and build mutually beneficial partnerships with non-FI clients, focused on serving small and medium sized businesses (SMBs).
What you’ll do:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy for the non-FI market, aligning with the overall business objectives and growth targets of Fiserv.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability, and partner with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution of sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the SMB sector to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and value-added services that drive value.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the SMB space.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and track progress against sales targets.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and solutions that can enhance the SMB customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize ROI and efficiency within the sales organization.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 15+ years of progressive sales experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role focused on small and medium business markets
- 5+ years of experience working with financial services, payments, or technology solutions relevant to SMB clients
- 5+ years of experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth
- Experience analyzing data and market trends to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Experience building relationships and influencing at all levels of an organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Experience that would be great to have:
- Master of Business Administration

Travel:
- Approximately 25% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
