Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage the CEO's professional and personal calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments, ensuring that the CEO's time is optimized and conflicts are avoided.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international), including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and other business documents for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and employees or external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate board meetings and prepare related documents.
- Assist in managing the CEO's email, filter and prioritize communications, draft responses or delegate to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested.
- Oversee and manage special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
