Job Description:

Job Location: Hanover, MD - local or RELOCATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Service Delivery Program Manager for new Managed services Engaged to be set up from the start in finance, SCM, testing  and technology on Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud experience preferred). Candidates with 10+ years of experience in project/program management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Deliver Complex Managed Service deals
•    Must demonstrate experience of having managed complex Managed Services Project
•    Experienced positioning “bold plays”, value propositions and Deal Hypothesis to the c-suite
•    Understanding of market conditions, client’s needs and how Capgemini services best meet those needs; propose appropriate solutions to meet those needs and secure new clients
•    Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and met

Required Skills:
•    Valid industry standard certification like PMP, PgMP will be preferred
•    Excellent Knowledge of change management principles and experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, ability to connect and establish rapport at CXO levels in client organization
•    Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
•    Self-guided and motivated individual capable of producing with minimal oversight
•    Results oriented
•    Excellent problem-solving ability

•    Oracle cloud Fusion Experience in Finance or SCM - Desired skill
•    Scrum/DevOps - Desired skill
•    Experience of using tools – Jira, ServiceNow - Desired 
•    Oracle Cloud Fusion Certification in Finance or SCM domain - Desired skill 

Qualifications 
•    5 years' experience delivering in a similar role
•    Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in … Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
