Summary

For the "Customer Services IFF/Comms/ATC" area, we are looking for a "Project Manager In-Service Support (f/m/d)" at the Taufkirchen location at the earliest possible time.

The "Customer Services IFF/Comms/ATC" division is responsible for the ILS management (Integrated Logistics Support), i.e. for the production of the availability, and at the same time for the subsequent supply and customer support of the corresponding HENSOLDT products in the "ISS" area (in-Service Support).

Your Tasks

• Contact person for national and international customers for all product-relevant service topics such as repair, upgrade, spare parts supply and field operations in the complex consortium environment

• Preparation of quotations and conducting contract negotiations

• Negotiation and management of supplier and service contracts

• Responsibility for compliance with external customer key figures such as repair turnaround times and internal key figures such as order intake, sales and margin

• Internal management of the respective teams in a matrix organization with order intake and sales responsibility

• Development of solution proposals for attractive service offers

• Ensuring technical and logistical support for the products

• Cooperation in the management of obsolescence in the sense of determining residual distance requirements internally and externally, as well as developing an economic obsolescence solution

• Representation of the company in a European consortium

The willingness to travel abroad and at home is required.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable

• Several years of experience in the international, possibly military, customer environment

• Good project management skills, PMI certification preferred

• Knowledge of military logistics, as well as the organization of construction and operations

• Negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal and external)

• Team skills and assertiveness

• Commitment and will to develop and implement new ideas

• Fluent in German and English
