Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to drive growth for an innovative functional medicine practice while making a meaningful impact on patient lives. You’ll be the key relationship builder and revenue driver, managing the complete patient journey from initial outreach through ongoing care relationships. This role perfectly combines high-level sales expertise with compassionate patient care, requiring someone who can excel at both converting high-value prospects and nurturing long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales of premium consultation services (£400-500+ per session)
- Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies via LinkedIn and professional networks to attract ideal patients
- Manage comprehensive patient relationship lifecycle from initial inquiry through ongoing care coordination
- Convert warm leads and inbound inquiries into high-value consultation bookings
- Promote and sell newly launched online wellness programs to expand practice reach
- Implement and optimize patient follow-up systems to ensure exceptional care continuity
- Provide white-glove customer service that reflects the premium nature of the practice
- Create and manage efficient scheduling and administrative workflows
- Develop new patient acquisition channels and innovative marketing approaches
- Build lasting relationships that drive both patient satisfaction and practice growth
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or premium service industries
- Strong background in customer service with experience in private healthcare or premium service environments
- Exceptional communication skills for both phone-based sales and digital professional networking
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B relationship building
- Deep understanding of the UK healthcare market and patient expectations
- Innovative mindset with ability to develop creative patient acquisition strategies
- Proficiency with CRM systems, patient management software, and modern sales technologies
- Experience with AI tools and digital marketing platforms preferred
- Self-motivated remote worker with excellent time management and organizational skills
