Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Sales and Marketing Account Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining key referral accounts, and driving new business through proactive sales and marketing efforts. You'll be rewarded with base pay and commission, offering uncapped income potential. Perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building trust, and creating lasting partnerships in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers before and after service to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets
• Build strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral sources
• Host lunch-and-learns, CE courses, and participate in networking/professional associations
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and community functions
• Prepare and present information for job file reviews to clients
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports on referral activity and pipeline development
• Use social media and digital tools to expand reach and visibility
• Stay up to date on services and refine techniques based on client needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 1–2 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
• Able to present to both individuals and small groups confidently
• Willing to attend events outside traditional work hours when needed
• Familiarity with social media and online marketing platforms

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
• Frequent sitting, computer use, and phone communication
• Repetitive hand movements (typing, writing, phone use)
• Mostly indoor work; may vary based on meeting/event location
• Clear verbal communication and close visual focus required

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
