Northrop Grumman Defense Systems has an opening for a Principal Project Management Analyst to support our AAQ-24 program in Warner Robins, GA. This role supports an existing team that oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, production control, engineering, business management, and operations amongst others. The successful candidate will create and monitor forecasts, identifying any constraints and provide risk mitigation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly production and billing forecasts
Lead weekly production IPT
Participate in weekly supplier meetings
Review and update monthly customer CDRLs
Directly influences internal production schedule and supply chain strategy by understanding customer demand and contract terms and conditions
Basic Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma/GED and 9 years related experience
Will also consider a bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in project and/or program management or a master’s degree and 3 years’ experience in project and/or program management; or an associate’s degree and 7 years’ experience in project and/or program management
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (not required to obtain before hire)
Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP experience
Experience leading projects, tracking turn-around-times, drafting CDRLs, crafting briefing slides, and managing tasks as assigned by the Program Manager
Forecasting experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail an accuracy
