We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a talented, motivated and results-driven leader to join the Global Financial Crimes and Customer Protections (GFCCP) organization leading a Business Intelligence team responsible for operational and regulatory reporting and insights to support across Fraud, AML, Sanctions and Global Protections programs.You will be responsible for driving and delivering GFCCPs data strategy, leading a global team of data scientists, analysts and developers in the creation of a “Best in Class” MI reporting suite that enables GFCCP program leaders to effectively manage and monitor KPIs and service levels, whilst providing data driven insights as to program effectiveness, identifying operational, strategy and policy opportunities. These efforts require close collaboration with global business, compliance and risk teams along with coordination and partnership with cross-functional teams located in different geographic locations.
Job Description:
This position requires a proven record of risk management (online preferred), business acumen, creative thinking, people management, strong communication and collaboration skills and advanced research and analytical skills.
- Lead, grow and develop a team to deliver best in class reporting, analytics, and insights
- Develop, implement and evolve the GFCCP reporting suite and data infrastructure
- Define key success metrics for assessing and monitoring effectiveness of program strategies as well as drive initiative analytics and key business decision-making
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve PayPal’s reporting capabilities and systems
- Translate complex quantitative information into presentations that are easily understood by senior management on a regular basis. Communicate and interact with partners and executives, verbally and written, in a professional manner;
- Excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; manage changes, set and follow priorities and execute on vision and strategy
