HIRING SALARY RANGE: $1,673.83 - $2,166.13 biweekly range
$43,519.50 - $56,319.36 annual range
ANTICIPATED BIWEEKLY SALARY: $1,903.28
A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $769.60 will be added to the annual salary.

Senior Maintenance Technician / Facilities Management
This position will perform a variety of technical and non-technical trade-skilled work for the District Seven Headquarters.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of technical and non-technical trade-skilled work Which may include the performance and/or oversight of technicians performing repairs, remodeling, altering, constructing, and/or maintaining hard-wall and modular offices; carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); and other general trades applicable to routine and emergency repairs and maintenance. Oversee and maintain building maintenance/facilities related work order requests. Receive, schedule, assign, track and close out work orders. Quality check the work of maintenance staff.
