Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6p.m. -- 6 a.m.
Shift: Days
Hours: 7:10am - 3:30pm Location: Marshall Distribution Center What We Offer:

- Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling physical counts with SAP system data and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare and ship orders promptly, including promotional materials and interdepartmental packages, ensuring proper documentation.
- Generate accurate bar-code tags and support real-time material tracking for production orders.
- Assist with audits of manufacturing documentation and packaging inventory to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels of shipping forms and materials, coordinating reorders as needed with appropriate departments.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year(s) of related experience
- Comfortable with recommending areas for improvement or efficiency and always being an advocate for safety.
- Must be able to operate scale, postage meter, and other office equipment and must know mailing procedures such as C.O.D., next day air, 2nd day air, etc. and regularly handle packages weighing up to 34 lbs.
Education: High School degree or equivalent.
Years of Related Experience: 1-3 years of related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic computer skills with Windows operating system including Microsoft Office Suiteand Outlook; Basic skill in the generation of data from electronic general ledger systems such as SAP preferred;Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials movement preferred; Ability to read and interpret documents suchas safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports andcorrespondence; Basic interpersonal and communication skills; Basic mathematical ability; Ability to applycommonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; Ability to problem solvewith limited supervision; Must be able to operate scale, postage meter, and other office equipment. Has to knowmailing procedures such as C.O.D., next day air, 2nd day air, etc. Must be able to regularly handle packagesweighing up to 34 lbs.
