Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS from an accredited college of Pharmacy
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current licensure (or licensure eligibility) by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy
- Permanent licenses will be required within 6 months of entry into the job.
- Parenteral licensure/eligibility
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy operations and procedures
- Working knowledge of practice in speciality care areas
- Parenteral license
- Preceptorship
- Consulting licensure
Responsibilities
Ensures appropriate, safe, effective & efficient use of medications through the application of pharmaceutical principles in order to provide optimal patient outcomes.
