Key Responsibilities

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of a 55+ active adult multifamily property
• Foster a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for residents
• Manage leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals
• Supervise and mentor on-site staff and vendors
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and safety regulations
• Coordinate resident events and lifestyle programming
• Organize and schedule with contractors renovation projects

Our Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience managing multifamily properties (3+ years preferred)
• Prior experience with 55+ or senior living communities strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
• Ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
• Passion for creating a vibrant, active adult lifestyle
• Rehab experience preferred but not required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
