About Spark Driver Earnings

The Spark Driver Earnings team is responsible for the accurate calculation, withholding, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings. The team plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, tax accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, directly impacting driver experience and company risk management.

What you'll do...

• Translate data into actionable insights that inform product life cycle strategies and business priorities 

• Lead development and execution of data-driven initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders 

• Evaluate performance of programs and continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes and efficiency 

• Drive process standardization, reporting consistency, and operational excellence across teams 

• Manage multiple projects, removing barriers, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery against goals 

What you’ll bring...

• Strong experience in business analysis, strategy development, and data-driven decision-making 

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders 

• Expertise in performance analysis, financial evaluation, and program feasibility assessment 

• Experience building scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operational controls 

• Demonstrated success developing teams, coaching talent, and driving a high-performance culture
