Software Development IT Intern

 

 

We're on the lookout for a passionate Software Developer Intern to join our vibrant IT team. This internship is your chance to dive into real-world software development, gain invaluable hands-on experience, and make a meaningful impact on exciting projects.

 

What you'll do... 

• Learn and apply software development languages, coding policies, and standards.
• Assist in capturing and analyzing business requirements.
• Design, configure, and develop software solutions.
• Generate test data, execute tests, debug, and maintain records.
• Follow IT policies and ensure confidentiality of information.

What you'll need... 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Currently enrolled and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• Knowledge of React or similar JavaScript library
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working with any of the technologies above for school, personal project or paid employment, preferred
• Strong verbal and written skills in order to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate
• Ability to collaborate with team members
• Knowledge in large-scale CMS like Bloomreach and git, preferred
