IT Shared Services is looking for a well-organized team coordinator with strong Agile background. You will act as Scrum Master in one or more IT Shared Services projects. You will be taking care of smooth project execution in cooperation with ITSS management, project coordinators/managers, business stakeholders, development team and product owners. As a part of project team, You will participate in each state of SDLC process helping to achieve goals.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Acting as Scrum Master to multiple teams (2-3)
Communication with all parties engaged in projects
Taking care of BBH SDLC practices
Issue tracking and escalation
Promoting agile practices across teams
Supporting production release activities
Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies and templates
Methodology definition, process development and improvement
Working with Jira and Confluence
Information distribution, planning and facilitating meetings

Desired Qualifications:
At least 3 years of work experience in Agile environment (preferably in finance, banking, project management area)
Very good Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong team player
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbally and in writing
Results orientation
Operational excellence
Works under time constraints
