Integrated Life Choices is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company’s mission and objectives.
• Lead performance management and employee development initiatives, including training programs and career growth opportunities.
• Manage compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Manage work injury and workers compensation process and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the organization’s values.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while promoting a respectful workplace.
• Develop HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide data-driven insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
• HR certification is a plus.
