Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a Blockchain Project

We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of an innovative blockchain project focused on tokenizing traditional financial instruments (stocks, commodities, stablecoins). If you have a strong background in blockchain development, a passion for decentralized technologies, and a desire to work in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the project's technical strategy.
• Develop and audit smart contracts (Solidity).
• Train and mentor the development team, transitioning from Web2 to Web3.
• Manage the architecture and infrastructure of the blockchain solution.
• Ensure the security and scalability of the product.
• Collaborate with the business team to achieve strategic goals.
• Participate in key decision-making within the decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a CTO/Lead Blockchain Developer.
• Deep knowledge of Solidity and smart contract development.
• Experience in developing decentralized applications (dApps).
• Understanding of blockchain platform architectures (Ethereum, BNB Chain, etc.).
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills in technical teams.
• Experience working in startups is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
