Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer
Job Location: Remote, USA
Job Description :
- 8+ years of overall IT solutions experience, with 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.(Mandatory 6+ years on Salesforce hands-on development)
- Mandatory to have experience with Service Cloud projects.
- Experience in setting up & customizing Service cloud console and developing custom console components and integrating with console.
- Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, JavaScript, VS Code, Workbench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Apex programming, LWC and custom APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and is hands-on.
- Good understanding of integration and database.
- Certifications – Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2 (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in and implementing applications on Force.com and configuring Salesforce.com
- Experience with custom Salesforce.com development, including but not limited to the following:
- Apex Classes
- Apex Triggers
- LWCs
- Creating Community/Experience Cloud Components
- Using CSS to alter the look of pages
- Using JavaScript to add capabilities
- Salesforce.com integration with third party systems
- Working knowledge on force.com.
- Experienced working with Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
- Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Has a Community/Experience Cloud experience
- Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud and CPQ platform
- Create and collaborate on the solution and technical design artifacts, and present and participate in cross-functional review sessions
- Mandatory experience on Salesforce CTI (Twilio preferably) and Omni channel
- Experience with SFDX and GitHub repository (Mandatory)

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$93,600—$117,000 USD
