This position plays a vital role in managing a small group of hourly associates, directing the movement of water treatment parts, pieces, and systems within specified productivity, cost, and quality standards, and communicating with cross functional departments.

Responsibilities
- Assigns, directs, and monitors the work of hourly associates.
- Designs and implements work methods and procedures to increase productivity and improve service within an assigned department.
- Motivates associates to ensure that predetermined productivity, cost, and quality standards are achieved or exceeded.
- Ensures safety and housekeeping.
- Trains new associates in the use of equipment, processes and procedures.
- Prepares and submits daily and weekly paperwork.
- Recommends daily manpower requirements based on volume.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
- 4-5 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.
Additional Qualifications:
- Distribution or manufacturing experience.
- Sage or SAP experience desired.
- Forklift certification desired.
- Ability to lift 50ls occasionally.
- Minimum job content knowledge: Basic knowledge of economy of motion techniques.
- Ability to handle people under high-stress situations.
