Job Duties


Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assess and monitor patient conditions; report and document changes accurately
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure quality care delivery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
Maintain a safe, compassionate, and professional environment for residents and staff


Requirements


Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
Minimum of one year of RN experience in a healthcare facility
CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Strong clinical, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Reliable, professional, and adaptable in different care settings
