THE OPPORTUNITY
Context of the mission
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, collaborative, structured and solution driven Project Management apprentice to support the development of the Security & Resilience function as well as the continuous implementation of the Security & Resilience Management System. The focus is to support the Corporate team as well as the network of Country Security Representatives and Country Business Resilience Team coordinators across 58 countries mainly on training, communication, digital tools and travel-related topics.
The role requires very good organizational skills and team spirit. The candidate must also have a flexible mindset with an eagerness to learn and contribute to the protection of Holcim People, Environment, Assets and Reputation from intentional criminal activity, malicious acts and unwanted events. The candidate must also have strong IT and Digital skills.
Missions
- Set up a regular communication workflow with the network (e.g. newsletters, intranet, community)
- Participate in the development / maintenance of the Security & Resilience digital tools, intranet and data analytics solutions
- Review and publish Country Travel Guides
- Take part in ensuring the compliance of travel processes by travelers
- Support the Security & Resilience training programme
- Support the implementation of the Security & Resilience Management System worldwide
DESIRED PROFILE
Educational level / Training: Master with commercial or security, international relations or risk background with business understanding. (Bac+4/+5)
Technical skills & professional experience:
- Strong IT and Digital skills in particular related to the Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize information from different sources and cross-check information
- Experience in using Qlivkiew / Qliksense dashboards is a plus
- Previous experience in inetrnational relations / risk management field is a plus

Spoken languages:
- Excellent written and oral in english
