ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time – Nights & Days (Rotating Weekends)

Salary:
$26.40 – $39.60 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$4.25/hr

• Specialty: +$1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Overview:
An established acute care hospital in Fort Walton Beach is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join a high-performing intensive care unit. This ICU delivers advanced critical care to medical, surgical, cardiac, and trauma patients in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Shifts Available:

• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

• Days (Rotating Weekends)

• Mixed (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-acuity care in a fast-paced ICU setting

• Monitor ventilated patients and manage vasoactive medications and telemetry

• Advocate for patients, ensuring dignity, privacy, and ethical care

• Educate patients and families about care plans and medication regimens

• Collaborate within a team-oriented, supportive culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting

• Active RN license (Florida or Compact License with Florida application)

• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)

• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)

• BSN preferred

• CCRN preferred
