Reporting directly to the Director of Global Strategy & Business Services, the Business Services Consultant is responsible for assisting with domestic and international growth initiatives led by Patient Navigation & Business Services (PNBS). This unique role will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across our health system, lead complex business plans, and manage international consulting projects. The role will provide analytical and project management support for business planning initiatives and other projects as assigned.Other key responsibilities include:
- Development, implementation, resource management, and data reporting of assigned initiatives.
- Collaboration with other members of PNBS as well as key stakeholders and leadership within UCLA Health.
- Client and stakeholder relationship management.
- Creating reports for leadership, identifying and analyzing critical issues, presenting recommend solutions to decision-makers, and implementing interventions.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop business plans and analyze performance of potential endeavors related to incoming international patients.
- Respond to requests for various delegations to visit UCLA.
