We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with proven experience in leading technical initiatives and a solid background in software development. This role is ideal for someone who can successfully manage complex projects across a variety of technical domains, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.

Familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, or services is a major plus. Candidates with exposure to AI-driven projects will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge to innovative initiatives at the forefront of technology.

  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects across software development, infrastructure, and integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams 
• Translate project requirements into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight and input, leveraging your software development experience to guide planning and execution.
• Drive Agile processes (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver consistent reporting, documentation, and project status updates.
• Where applicable, support initiatives involving AI services and tools     

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, with demonstrated leadership of software-focused projects.
   
• Hands-on background in software development (e.g., as a developer, engineer, or technical lead).
   
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
   
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
   
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
   
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
   
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
   
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or services is a major plus (but not required).
   
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
