We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to deliver Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology programs and projects for our clients to join our JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team. As TPM, you’ll have responsibility for working with clients’ real estate technology teams globally to develop and deploy multiple projects. Responsibilities include leading complex technology programs and projects, ensuring all related processes run smoothly, and managing project risks and issues proactively. The TPM is accountable for quality, on time, and in-budget delivery. The Program and Project Management team is a client-facing team that specializes in delivery of complex CRE technology projects to JLLT clients.
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be directly responsible for:
Work with members of the client’s Real Estate business and technology teams globally to develop and deploy CRE technology related programs and projects, with a focus on Corrigo implementations.
Effectively engage with stakeholders of all levels, and ensure that the requirements documentation is covering their needs
Perform high quality program and project management ensuring a strong governance, thorough documentation, and efficient communication. (Project framework, comprehensive project plan, quality meeting minutes, status updates, risk management plan, budget tracking and management, scope management, steering meetings…)
Drive high quality team performance through strong project leadership and effective resource management
Ability to navigate onshore/offshore technical delivery models
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and program/project risks. Effectively communicate with and influence senior stakeholders.
Ensure that the documentation related to projects is complete and provide key metrics allowing client leadership to make the right decisions
Facilitate frequent meetings with regional end users to understand level of adoption, pain points, and develop plans to improve user experience and drive adoption
Support development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure that tools are constantly evolving to improve end user experience and adoption
Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders, bringing a consultative approach, and sharing information around best practices and market trends to help drive stakeholder decision-making

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, Master’s degree preferred
10+ Years of program and project management experience. PMP certified preferred. Agile experience a plus. (CSM certification desired)
Experience managing Corrigo technical implementation projects preferred. Other IWMS or other Corporate Real Estate technologies a plus
Experience with corporate real estate functions highly desirable
Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment
Ability to work across global time zones as required
