Your contributions help drive financial performance while creating a community that residents are proud to call home. Your Purpose & ContributionEnhance Resident Engagement – Build rapport with prospects and residents by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of belonging within the community.Support Leasing & Operations – Assist with leasing tours, application processing, lease preparation, renewals, and ensure accurate documentation to support operational excellence.Drive Financial Performance – Manage rent collections, post payments, oversee delinquencies, and support revenue goals through effective financial management.Coordinate Property Maintenance – Work with the team to process maintenance requests and ensure the property remains well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.Collaborate with Leadership – Partner closely with the Community Manager to execute strategies that support occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction.Utilize Technology for Efficiency – Leverage property management software, including Yardi Voyager, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools, to streamline processes and track community performance.Ensure Availability and Reliability – Be dependable for regular business hours and Saturdays as needed, maintaining consistency in service and operations. Who Thrives in This Role?We are looking for a driven, service-oriented professional who brings:

• 1+ years of assistant property manager experience (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Proficiency in Yardi and CRM systems (preferred).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative mindset, paired with the ability to work independently.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for helping others.
