Restaurant & Hotel Assistant Manager

Position Overview

This position is responsible for the daily leadership and direction of Cooper Spur Mountain Resort. The person in this position will work with the Restaurant & Hotel Manager to improve all aspects of the business. The person in this position will work in front of house positions in our restaurant and front desk areas. The position will focus on providing superior guest service through ongoing team training, team preparation, and effective guest communication.

This is a full-time, year-round, benefited position


Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience
• Experience successfully supervising several departments with a focus on guest service & hospitality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• OLCC Service Permit & ServSafe Certification
• Employment in this position is subject to a satisfactory background screening

Compensation:
• Starting Wage: $27.00 Hourly + Service Charges & Tips
