Job Title: Senior Engineer - Onit CLM Platform

Location: Princeton NJ or Rockville MD

Contract

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Support: Ensure the Onit CLM platform is running smoothly by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to users.
• Enhance: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to the platform to meet evolving business needs.
• Integration: Work with other systems and teams to integrate the Onit CLM platform with other enterprise applications.
• Customization: Develop custom solutions and configurations to tailor the platform to specific client requirements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the platform, including user guides, technical specifications, and support procedures.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the platform’s effectiveness.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on platform maintenance and support.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Onit CLM Expertise: Knowledge of the Onit CLM platform and its functionalities is desired. Training and certification will be provided to the selected candidate
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Onit or other CLMs
