CACI is hiring a Staffing Manager to join this dynamic, fast paced team where your expertise in staffing strategy, program execution, and talent alignment directly influences mission success. As the Staffing Manager on this upcoming program, you will lead all staffing efforts for a large, complex, high visibility program—partnering closely with hiring managers, senior leadership, Talent Acquisition, and other cross functional teams to ensure programs are fully and effectively resourced. You will manage workforce planning, oversee requisition processes, coordinate interviews and selection activities, and ensure compliance with established staffing frameworks and program requirements.
