Salesforce Developer

As part of IPRO’s Data and Analytics (D&A) team, you’ll have the opportunity to set up enterprise-wide strategic projects and processes with exposure to leaders across the company. You’ll be a key driver of innovation and develop new tools and approaches to create value for our customers. Given the breadth and depth of IPRO’s technology development, you’ll learn how to maximize the value for a wide variety of users by participating in all activities of the development life cycle including planning, requirements gathering, active development, testing, production and maintenance. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive culture that values employee development through both formal training and on-the-job opportunities. Duties may include, but are not limited to:         

• Develop, schedule and implement Service Cloud and Health Cloud Capability
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
• Perform testing and assist with user acceptance.
• Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity.
• Build customized solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System and other technologies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and analytical skills. 
• Strong data management skills. 
• Knowledge of Git, Continous Integration, and Salesforce DX. 
• Knowledge of Javascript React, HTML and CSS, XML, jQuery. 
• Ability to build application on the Salesforce platform.

 Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer, or related field, required.
• One (1) year of experience with custom development of the Salesforce Platform, required.
• Two (2) years of technical and administrative experience on the Salesforce platform, required.
• Experience in Salesforce development technologies including APEX, Lightning Web Components, and API-based integrations, required.
• Salesforce Platform certifcation such as platform Development I, required.  Platform Development II, preferred. 
•  Previous experience working with healthcare data, Salesforce Service Cloud consultant, and Health Cloud experience, preferred.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $120,000.00. Actual salary range and/or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
