As Customer Experience Sales Associate your main responsibilities will be:

• Process requests for Proposals monthly/quarterly via Excel spreadsheet and additional requests may come via phone and email.
• Create and maintain all data in CRM to ensure accurate transfer of data to SAP.
• Manage shared Mailbox to complete incoming requests for Proposals and Orders relating to Automated Testing and Inspections.
• Provide thorough communication to customers prior to sending the Proposals, while also maintaining customer data in CRM (Salesforce).
• Maintain Automated Testing and Inspection data in Automated Testing Tool, Excel, and Salesforce application.
• Identify and communicate issues with package templates, equipment, branch data, etc.
• Drive process improvements that delivers the best customer satisfaction levels.
• Escalate issues when required.

The desired candidate will have:

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training in the field of customer service and data entry.
• Associate degree or minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Ability to interact with our customers and service people in a courteous and professional manner while still reaching productivity targets.
• Proficient skills in spelling, communications, and data entry.
• Ability to drive process changes that deliver improved customer satisfaction levels.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Experience in Konect software, SFDC (Salesforce), MS excel and MS Access a plus.
